Kai Minosh Pyle graduated with a B.A. in First Nations Studies from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay in 2016. Currently they are a doctoral candidate at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Their dissertation, “Folks Like Us: Anishinaabe Two-Spirit Memory and Kinship Across Space and Time,” focuses on Anishinaabe Two-Spirit memory-making through the lenses of language, history, and literature.
